Bilzin Sumberg possesses wide-ranging experience representing clients in and around the transportation sector, including those related to airports, high speed rail, mass transit, ride sharing, and transit-oriented developments, in addition to ancillary business connected with these sectors.

The firm goes beyond the construction aspects of transportation infrastructure to counsel clients on transit-oriented development plans, regulatory compliance of transportation systems, environmental permitting, land use and zoning, public-private partnerships, government procurements, and dispute resolution.
