Joy Spillis Lundeen serves as Practice Group Leader of Bilzin Sumberg's Construction Law & Litigation Group. A trial lawyer for over three decades, Joy has extensive experience litigating construction and complex commercial disputes involving all types of real estate projects, including multi-use, stadium, manufacturing facilities, transportation and other commercial and infrastructure projects. Joy routinely serves as lead counsel in high-profile cases, and has tried a vast array of jury, non-jury and arbitration cases. Her practice also includes product liability and complex business and tort cases, including class actions. Joy regularly counsels owners and developers in all areas related to the design and construction of real estate development, including contract negotiations, insurance for construction projects, and design service agreements.
