Eileen Ball Mehta, partner in the Land Use Government Relations group, spoke at a CLE seminar presented by The Florida Bar. This course, Greening the Law, addressed legal issues arising out of green and sustainable development, leasing, construction and disputes. Speakers presented definitions of green and sustainable requirements and options including Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design, and offered practical tips on best practices for managing the information and documenting of green components of a project or sustainable site. This course took place on Friday, May 6th, at the Tampa Airport Marriott in Tampa, FL.
