Joshua A. Kaplan participated in a presentation titled The Life Cycle of a Real Estate Project: Understanding the Stages and Challenges at the 111th Annual CLE Conference: Roaring Into The '20s: The Next Decade In-House. This presentation covered the life cycle of a real estate project from soup to nuts. Panelists drew from their experience in a broad spectrum of real estate projects providing insight into the various stages and key issues in the development of a project, beginning with the acquisition and entitlement of land, to the capitalization and construction of the project, and through to the final disposition.
