Marjie C. Nealon Elected to Serve on the Board of Directors for Hands on Miami
Miami, Florida, November 12, 2007 The law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP is proud to announce that Marjie C. Nealon, Partner in the firm's Real Estate Group, has been elected to serve on the Hands On Miami Board of Directors.
Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Hands On Miami Board Selection Committee for a term of two years. Ms. Nealon is one of the newest members of the Board, and in this capacity she will serve the mission of building communities by engaging people in volunteer service. Ms. Nealon's Board responsibilities include ensuring that financial resources are available for the organization. In addition, she will serve on the Board Governance Committee, providing oversight and accountability.
Ms. Nealon became increasingly involved with Hands on Miami through her role in the Bilzin Sumberg Cares initiative. This employee-based community involvement program is designed to provide year-round support for one South Florida organization chosen annually, and complements the firm's already extensive charitable and pro bono endeavors.

Ms. Nealon is a Partner in the firms Real Estate Group. She is also highly involved with the Bilzin Sumberg Cares initiative. Marjie helped coordinate a firm wide book bag and school supply drive benefiting the children of Southside Elementary Museum Magnet School in Miami. She was instrumental in coordinating a day of service on behalf of the firm to beautifying the schools landscape. She is also currently on the Board of Florida Coast Water Polo, which supports youth water polo in South Dade. Previously, Ms. Nealon was on the Board for the Women of Temple Judea and the Temple Judea Membership Committee.
