Bilzin Sumberg Represents Siegel Gas & Oil Corp. and Siegel Gas Corp. Palm Beach in Acquisition

Miami, Florida, December 5, 2008 - Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announces it served as counsel to Siegel Gas & Oil Corp. and Siegel Gas Corp. Palm Beach (collectively "Siegel Gas"), a propane gas products and services company, in the sale of substantially all of its assets, including real property, to Heritage Operating, L.P., a national propane gas distributor. At the time of closing, the transaction was valued in excess of $20 million, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.

The team included Mildred Gomez, associate in the Tax Group, and Howard E. Nelson and Brian S. Adler, partners in the Land Use & Government Relations Group.
