Suzanne M. Amaducci Selected as President-Elect Of CREW-Miami
Miami, Florida, December 10, 2008 Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announces today that Suzanne M. Amaducci, Partner in the firm's Real Estate and Distressed Property Groups, was installed as the 2009 President-Elect of the Miami chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-Miami) at its annual installation and awards luncheon, where she was also awarded with the CREW Outstanding Leadership Award.
"Crew has, as members, some of the top real estate professionals in the business," said Ms. Amaducci. "What impresses me most is how willing members are to help each other even if it does not directly benefit the member who is helping out. I am honored to be the 2009 President-Elect and look forward to serving this phenomenal organization throughout the next year."
Ms. Amaducci is actively involved in the organization, currently sitting on the Board of Directors and having served this year as co-chair of CREW-Miami's annual charity fundraising event, Cocktails, Community and Connections. In addition, she regularly lectures at CREW-Miami events throughout the year. Prior to her membership in the Miami chapter of the organization, she served on the Board of Directors of the Orlando chapter.
Ms. Amaducci handles all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), mezzanine financing and loan restructuring. She is also spearheading the firm's Hospitality Industry team, utilizing her extensive experience in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development.
