Jason Z. Jones Elected as New Partner In The Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group

Miami, Florida, January 6, 2009 Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced today that Jason Z. Jones was elected as a Partner in the firm's Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group, effective January 1, 2009.

Mr. Jones, who serves as Secretary of the Bankruptcy Bar Association Southern District of Florida, focuses his practice on a variety of bankruptcy and reorganization matters. He has represented debtors, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors and creditors committees in business and personal bankruptcy cases. Mr. Jones also has experience representing clients in state law assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings.
