Suzanne M. Amaducci Elected To Orange Bowl Committee
Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced today that Suzanne M. Amaducci, Partner in the firm's Real Estate Group, and Hospitality and Distressed Assets Practices, was elected to join The Orange Bowl Committee (OBC). The OBC, a primarily volunteer, not-for-profit organization, focuses on generating tourism for South Florida through its annual football game and supporting festival, as well as maintaining its legacy of charitable contributions and community outreach.
Ms. Amaducci is actively involved in and currently sits as President of the Miami chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-Miami). In addition, she was recently selected as a recipient of the National Real Estate Investor's Outstanding Women for 2010 award, having been one of ten women nationally who were presented with the honor.
Ms. Amaducci has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), REMICs, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. As the leading attorney of Bilzin Sumberg's Hospitality Practice, she also frequently handles marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development.
