Miami, FL. - Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, led by Corporate & Securities partner Alan D. Axelrod, represented TradeStation Group, Inc. ("TradeStation") in its acquisition of IBFX Holdings, LLC, an innovative provider of forex trading services to 27,000 individual traders, fund managers and institutional clients worldwide. IBFX Holdings' U.S. operating subsidiary, Interbank FX, LLC, is reported to be the fourth largest U.S.-based retail forex firm.

As the company's legal counsel, Bilzin Sumberg advised TradeStation in the preparation and negotiation of the terms of the acquisition agreement and other related documents. The transaction closed on November 15, 2011.
