Adrian K. Felix focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation across various industries, including construction, franchising, financial services, and hospitality. He has significant experience helping clients navigate issues related to the multifaceted legal relationship between franchisors and franchisees, as well as assisting real estate owners and developers in the management of distressed construction projects. As part of his practice, he regularly litigates a variety of business disputes, such as breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, deceptive and unfair trade practices, enforcement of restrictive covenants, project delays, and lien claims, for domestic and international clients. Adrian obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and has been recognized as an "Up & Comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide.
