Suzanne M. Amaducci Inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Suzanne M. Amaducci has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (the College).
Suzanne joins Real Estate Partner Martin A. Schwartz, who was inducted into the College in April of 2016.
Founded in 1978, the College is comprised of more than 1,000 lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.The College is dedicated to the promotion of professionalism, collegiality, respect, friendship, and camaraderie among our Fellows.
As a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Practice and leader of the firm's Hospitality Group, Suzanne has extensive experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, mixed-use development, leasing, public-private partnerships, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and loan restructurings.
Suzanne advises developers in the development of hotels in mixed-use projects and is involved with the purchasing, financing, management, and sale of large real estate and loan portfolios owned by institutional investors, pension funds, and publicly traded companies. Suzanne restructured more than $4 billion of debt secured by hotels. She drafted and negotiated many build-to-suit, office, mixed-use commercial and specialty leases on behalf of landlords and tenants in Class A buildings and projects, including single transactions in excess of 150,000 square feet.
Suzanne received her J.D. from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. She also graduated cum laude with her B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Admission to the College is by invitation only to lawyers who are viewed as distinguished real estate practitioners and who have contributed to the improvement of real estate law through some combination of speaking, writing, teaching, and serving on relevant boards and commissions.
