Bilzin Sumberg Co-Hosts Key Biscayne Beach Clean-Up with Terra
Miami, FL - On Saturday, October 4th, Bilzin Sumberg's Green Initiative held its 2025 bi-annual beach clean-up, joined for the first time by Terra, a Miami-based real estate development firm recognized for its environmentally conscious, design-driven projects throughout South Florida. Coordinated by VolunteerCleanup.Org, the event drew 69 volunteers from both firms along with their families, who collected 198 pounds of garbage from Crandon Park's shoreline on Key Biscayne.
The volunteers combed the beach and nearby areas for debris, while a team from VolunteerCleanup.Org sorted and catalogued items to help inform future prevention and clean-up efforts. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by all participants underscored how collective action can make a tangible difference for South Florida's coastal ecosystem.
