Eric Singer Honored by Connect CRE
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Eric Singer, a Partner in the firm’s Government Contracting & Public-Private Partnerships (P3) Practice, has been named one of Connect CRE’s 2025 Lawyers in Real Estate. The annual award honors attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact within the real estate and development sectors.
Eric’s practice focuses on major public-private partnerships and high-profile government transactions that are reshaping the landscape of Florida’s built environment. He represents both public and private entities across a wide range of asset classes, including transportation infrastructure, public buildings, transit-oriented and mixed-use developments, and utilities. His work includes leading complex P3 negotiations, structuring long-term agreements, and navigating the highly technical elements of public procurement including unsolicited proposals, competitive solicitations, and bid protests.
Recent notable achievements include representing Terra in its development of the Dolphin Station project, a transit-oriented, mixed-use community including residential, office, and retail space, located at a major transit hub. Eric is also advising a joint venture that includes developers Related Group, 13th Floor, and Merrimac, on the massive Metrocenter development project situated in downtown Miami, which includes a new city library, history museum, and other public and private facilities. Eric is also currently advising several government agencies on their P3 projects, including the City of Pompano Beach and its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) in connection with a comprehensive 60-acre redevelopment of the downtown core, centered around a new City Hall and community center.
