Bilzin Sumberg and United Way Dedicate Day of Service to Norland Elementary School
MIAMI, FL – On February 8, in connection with its Bilzin Sumberg Cares community involvement program, Bilzin Sumberg partnered with United Way Miami to support Norland Elementary School through the enhancement and beautification of the school’s campus in North Miami.
Over 100 Bilzin Sumberg attorneys, staff, and their families, along with their counterparts at United Way, gathered at Norland Elementary School to learn about the school’s widespread impact on students and families in the North Miami community, fostering robust youth development and long-term educational success.
Volunteers spent the day revitalizing Norland’s facility inside and out. They painted both the interior and exterior of classrooms, enhanced the landscape by planting bushes and flowers along the perimeter, built shelving and meticulously organized supplies for the school’s science room, leaving a lasting impact on Norland Elementary School’s functionality and appearance.
