Q & A
How do you stay current with your clients' industries?

I read, write, and speak extensively on issues affecting the food and beverage sector.  Perceived ambiguities in regulatory guidance give rise to claims that product packaging has crossed the line from creative marketing to false advertising. I prepare my clients for this reality by being their “eyes and ears” in industry circles, sharing data and research, and mitigating exposure by keeping them up-to-date on legal trends. I also closely track antitrust and consumer protection issues that impact the food and beverage industry. This allows me to stay ahead of the curve and provide my clients with every possible advantage during the course of antitrust litigation.

What does the Bilzin Sumberg Client Commitment mean to you and your client relationships?
Having begun my legal career at Bilzin Sumberg as a Summer Associate, I consider my colleagues and clients family. The firm and our clients have been instrumental in my professional development. I love coming to work every day in hopes of returning that favor.  I care deeply about placing our clients in the best position to achieve the greatest chance for success in the complex and arduous world of class action litigation. It is the culture of “paying it forward” that makes me proud to be a partner at Bilzin Sumberg.
