Join Us for an In-Depth Webinar Discussing Pressing Homebuilder Issues

We recognize that professionals in the homebuilder industry might benefit from a discussion about the industry’s most pressing legal issues, and some creative solutions for approaching them. We’ll be hosting a series of webinars concerning a variety of homebuilder issues, entitled “The Homebuilder Series.”

On May 22, I will conduct the first webinar in the series, which will focus on recent developments affecting consumer class actions. I’ll cover topics that include the status of waivers of class action rights in arbitration provisions, other developments including issues affecting plaintiffs’ ability to file and maintain class actions and claims under Consumer Protection Acts across the country.

Following the discussion, there will be an interactive Q&A session, where there will be an opportunity to have your questions answered. We expect to address a variety of issues and questions many of you have regarding this evolving area of law.
