Alexa Browning

Alexa is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Law & Litigation Group where she advises developers throughout all phases of high-value residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. She has experience negotiating and drafting complex construction and design agreements, as well as guiding clients through risk management, claims resolution, and dispute avoidance. In addition to her transactional work, she has represented clients in litigation and pre-litigation matters related to construction claims. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Alexa worked at one of the top power and renewable energy construction companies in the United States.
