Tabitha P. Cohen

Tabitha Cohen is an associate in the firm’s Trial & Litigation Group, where she focuses on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her legal experience spans commercial and civil litigation, white collar enforcement and investigations, and appellate litigation. Previously, she served as a fellow and staff attorney at the Office of the Appellate Defender, representing clients in felony appeals before the New York Appellate Division, First Department.
