Anthony De Yurre

Anthony De Yurre zealously advocates for real estate developers from the first zoning strategy call to “shovel ready”.  He focuses on entitling condo and multifamily developments, including transit-oriented projects (RTZ and TOD zones), large-scale mixed-use plans, and unique public-private partnerships.  Post-zoning, Anthony navigates infrastructure allocation and permitting coordination, securing available fee reductions, incentives, and exemptions to mitigate rising costs across property taxes, water and sewer infrastructure, traffic improvements, and DERM.  

A Miami native committed to quality schools and attainable housing, Anthony has driven successful schooling and workforce housing initiatives at the local and state level, including the Florida Live Local Act.  He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, teaching Problem Solving Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development, and co-chairs the LL.M. in Real Property Development Advisory Board.  Anthony is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
