Anthony M. Diblasi

Anthony M. Diblasi is Of Counsel in Bilzin Sumberg's Trial & Litigation Group, where he focuses his practice on probate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation and administration matters. He represents individuals, corporate entities, and financial institutions in sophisticated, high-stakes trust and estate disputes, including claims involving fraud, undue influence, incapacity, breach of fiduciary duty, and contested estate and trust accountings. 

Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Anthony spent more than a decade in private practice at Miami-based litigation firms, where he represented individuals, corporate entities, and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters, including banking disputes, business torts, and shareholder and partnership disputes. He also represented individuals and entities — including alleged incapacitated persons, interested persons, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries — in mental health, guardianship, probate, and trust litigation and administration matters.
