Michael Falcon is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Law Group, where he advises clients on the legal and practical issues that arise throughout a construction project, from negotiating design and construction agreements to resolving change order, bond, and lien matters. He represents owners and developers in construction defect and contract disputes from pre-suit through resolution. In these matters, he has worked with forensic engineers and cost-of-repair experts to prove liability and damages.
