Michael S. Morgan
Michael focuses his practice on assisting clients in complex commercial litigation, in addition to supporting the Trial & Litigation Group’s opt-out antitrust practice. Michael’s experience in connection with business disputes covers breach of contract, commercial torts and product liability, class action defense, and appellate litigation. As part of his practice, he regularly handles research and discovery, drafting of legal documents, and civil procedure matters for firm clients. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Michael served as a law clerk for the Honorable John Michael Vazquez, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
