Ethan D. Schwab
As a member of the firm’s Trial & Litigation Group, Ethan Schwab plays an integral role in advancing complex commercial disputes from initial strategy through resolution. He supports the firm’s dispute resolution teams across a wide spectrum of high-stakes matters, including contractual and tort-based business litigation, real property disputes, antitrust actions, and probate litigation, among others.
Ethan’s experience extends beyond active litigation to include strategic counseling on pre-litigation positioning, negotiations, and case development, helping clients assess risk, preserve leverage, and execute thoughtful, outcome-driven strategies at every stage of a dispute.
