John Trach

As part of the Corporate & Finance Group, John focuses his practice on governance matters, M&A transactions, emerging company matters, and transactions involving joint ventures. Prior to his career in law, John’s professional experience spanned startup management, finance, corporate strategy, and real estate in numerous Florida businesses. He uses this business and finance experience to reinforce his legal practice by giving him a holistic, strategic view of client matters with an eye towards the long-term business implications of the transactions that they are involved in.
