Candidates should have a 3 - 7 years of experience representing lenders or borrowers in complex loan transactions, including credit facilities, term loans, mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements and secondary transactions. Reporting to the Chief Knowledge Officer, the successful candidate will conduct legal and due diligence research as well as advise and assist in developing and maintaining the Library's technology applications.

Functions
- Performing due diligence research on clients and potential clients
- Responding to patron requests by identifying and locating information to meet their needs, including analysis and synthesis of information to solve problems under tight deadlines and fluctuating work loads
- Assist with other research projects as needed
- Coordinating vendor trainings and demonstrations
- Performing and understanding all duties of the library, including Cataloging, Interlibrary loan, and Serials (EOS Library System)
- Assisting with the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for the library
- Provide New Hire orientation and training on library tools.

Bilzin Sumberg is seeking an A/R Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of A/R experience, strong computer skills, as well as cash posting, and daily cash receipts reporting experience. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Job responsibilities:
1. Preparation of daily receipts; apply funds to appropriate account, handle deposits, write offs, and refunds;
2. Maintain several investment checking accounts and partner capital worksheets; prepare bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis;
3. Backup personnel for Trust transactions such as, maintain deposits, verify account clearance processes, disbursements via checks/wire transfers, maintain client investment bank accounts; and
4. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

The Application Developer will assist other team members to gather business requirements and design application solutions. The role will include developing and implementing custom web-based applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and internal dashboards to increase productivity and efficiency throughout the Firm; and, assist with the planning, design, development, testing and implementation of new applications (70%) or maintenance on existing applications (30%) for legal line of business functions. The Application Developer will perform data movement and transformation between systems; develop solutions for end-user requirements, including the creation and support of SQL, and Web Services application development; create thorough documentation for all developed applications, including diagrams for data flow; perform testing of developed applications and QA testing of custom applications. The Application Developer will have other duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Chief Knowledge Officer, the Knowledge Management (KM) Attorney is responsible for educating the practice groups on effectively applying technology and KM best practices, promoting adoption of KM resources, and facilitating other KM-related projects as needed.
