As part of the firm’s Trial & Litigation Group, Danielle Hall supports the firm’s litigation teams on various facets of commercial litigation matters. She regularly handles research and discovery, drafting of legal documents, and civil procedure matters for firm clients, lending her strong attention to detail and strong grasp of procedure to thoroughly understand and analyze the particulars of each case. Danielle has also served as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

What attracts you to practicing in litigation?

I find litigation intellectually challenging because it involves thoroughly understanding the particulars of a matter through research and the examination of evidence, but also involves strategic understanding of the client’s long-term goals and how the matter fits into those goals. Furthermore, as each case is unique, it serves as an opportunity to bring experience from other cases where applicable, while also reinforcing my practice through new challenges with which I can help clients. Clients greatly value litigation attorneys who balance strategic thinking with in-depth case knowledge and openness to thinking outside the box in resolving complex matters.

What do you appreciate about practicing at Bilzin Sumberg?

Bilzin Sumberg strongly encourages its attorneys to get involved in industry associations, with the goal of deepening legal knowledge and best professional practices. The firm has been highly supportive of my involvement with the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, where I am exposed to the latest developments in the ever-changing field of dispute resolution. On the local level, my involvement with the Miami-Dade chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers keeps me in sync with top-notch practitioners who serve as a great source of knowledge and experience.
