Matthew W. Tieman
As part of the firm’s Litigation Group, Matthew Tieman handles commercial litigation matters, covering breach of contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, among others. He also has experience with class action, arbitration, and special litigation committee matters. Matthew leverages his professional background in business and finance, in addition to his graduate-level education in business administration, to inform his counsel to clients, consistently assessing how developments inside and outside the courtroom may affect their bottom line.
