Representation of SBACE in proposed redevelopment of Miami Beach Convention Center District in successfully securing the redevelopment rights for a new Miami Beach Convention Center. SBACE is comprised of Tishman Hotel & Realty, UIA Management, and the Office of Metropolitan Architecture, led by Dan Tishman, Robert Wennett, and Rem Koolhaas, respectively. We represented the client throughout the government procurement and contracting phase, development agreement negotiation phase, and certain corporate structuring related work.
