Representation of four vehicle salvage companies in the rezoning of four industrial properties in Opa-Locka, Florida, to expand the clients' operations. Working closely with City staff, we successfully resolved complex code enforcement issues and overcome the City's longstanding opposition to rezoning or otherwise permitting new automotive recycling and junk yard uses.
