Representation of Leviev Boymelgreen in $150 million mixed-use project in downtown Miami called the Marquis, a 67-story building containing 306 condominium units, 56 luxury hotel rooms, a garage, and retail space. Drafted the governing documents including a master declaration and a condominium declaration, advised the client on telecommunications law, and worked with the County and Federal Aviation Department to obtain a height variance.
