Representation of Argent Ventures, a New York-based developer, in the $142 million redevelopment of the Omni Mall, Hotel, and Convention Center in Miami, and in negotiating economic incentives to support the project. Redevelopment included 225,000 square feet of commercial office space, a $31 million capital improvement program for the hotel, and a $5 million upgrade to structured parking.
