Environmental and land use counsel for developer of 285-acre mixed-use project in Brevard County, Florida. We handled the development entitlement process with various governments and agencies and counseled the client on numerous issues such as water availability, stormwater management, annexation, planning and zoning, environmental permitting, transportation, and Development of Regional Impact review. Additionally, we successfully obtained Development Agreement approval from the City of West Melbourne Council and negotiated the development agreements and utility agreements with local governments for the provision of urban services.
