Representation of developer in all aspects of the $200 million Mary Brickell Village project, a mixed-use retail and residential development in downtown Miami, Florida. Work included the assemblage of 25 parcels of land, negotiations with various owners to permit development, and negotiations of partnership agreements to raise equity. We also handled unique zoning issues such as the sale of air rights to build a residential building over a future Publix grocery store, retail leasing, negotiations with various owners regarding parking garage rights, and negotiations with the architect and general contractor.
