Representation of joint venture between Fortune International and Seville-Lowenstein in the acquisition, redevelopment, and substantial expansion of the Seville Hotel, a historic hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, as well as obtaining land use, zoning, and historic preservation approvals. After a year of hearings, the hotel was approved to include 420,000 square feet of condo and hotel space, including two new towers.
