Representation of SRH Partners in the purchase of Shoppes of Rolling Hills in Davie, Florida. We completed the entire transaction in three weeks in order to accommodate the seller's desire to close before year end thus avoiding higher capital gains rates in 2013. Due to time constraints, the seller provided a purchase money note and mortgage. This reduced the amount of cash our client had to come up with at closing.
