Represented and put together the team Riviera Beach Waterfront Developers, LLC, an entity consisting of four developers including Midtown Equities of New York and RCI Marine, Inc., of South Florida. Our client submitted its proposal to serve as master developer for the Inlet Harbor Properties, 400 acres of oceanfront property in Palm Beach County, Florida. As lead counsel, we negotiated the parties' relationships and prepared and led the preparation of the responses to the procurement documents through the Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals phases.
