Representation of special servicer in the restructuring an $80 million loan secured by two hotels in New Orleans. Worked with both existing and new borrower in connection with property sale and assumption of the loan. One of the hotels, the Astor Hotel, gained national recognition as the first hotel to house FEMA workers and first responders in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
