Representation of international real estate developer in connection with a complex joint venture with two private equity firms and multiple tiers of investors and entities to contribute $140 million of equity and obtain additional financing to develop a luxury two-tower condominium project with nearly 500 units in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Our representation included tax structuring, as well as negotiation of a joint venture agreement, development and construction management agreement, and an exclusive listing agreement for the developer.
