Representation of The Gatehouse Group, an affordable housing developer, on Block 36, also known as Promenade at Lyric, a Community Redevelopment Agency-owned site in downtown Miami, Florida. Assisted with revisions to the development agreement and re-platting of the site and guided the zoning approval process including issuance of a waiver for the project and championing permit approvals at the respective city and county governments.
