World Recognized Art Collector / Developer

Representation of developer in an ultra-luxury "starchitect" designed planned development of ten homes in the Miami neighborhood of Coconut Grove. The seven acre waterfront development was originally planned in 2007, which resulted in an approval of a major use special permit (MUSP) under the prior zoning code. Advised on maintaining the vested rights under the MUSP and obtaining the building, construction, and tree permits, including mitigation and relocation in coordination with the landscape architect and negotiations with neighbors over infrastructure issues.
