Representation of affiliate of RCI Group and the Christoph Family in negotiation of a ground lease for a 15-acre boatyard facility and corresponding sublease to Hornblower Group to serve as a base for its East Coast ferry maintenance and repair facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The transaction involved the acquisition and financing of a 700 ton travel lift. This project, adjacent to Steelpoint Harbor, is being redeveloped into a 50-acre full service marine destination.
