Gasification Facility in Florida Municipality
Project Sponsor and Lead Developer
Local counsel to the project sponsor and lead developer in the bi-lateral negotiation of a project agreement with a municipality in Florida, to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a gasification facility that converts municipal solid waste into biofuels following a pre-development agreement-style procurement. Once operational, the facility is expected to process 9,000 tons of municipal solid waste per week.
