Economic Incentives Program for $50 Million Miami Dolphins Practice Facility

Representation of the Miami Dolphins in the negotiation of an economic-incentive agreement with the City of Miami Gardens and the amendment of the team’s marquee event grant agreement with Miami-Dade County, both to create economic incentives in support of moving the Miami Dolphins practice facility to Miami Gardens. In order to be eligible for the incentives set forth in the agreements, the team is required to relocate and construct a new $50+ million practice facility in Miami Gardens and meet specified employment goals.
