$200 Million P3 for Development of City Hall and Police Headquarters

City of South Miami

Lead counsel to the City of South Miami in connection with a public-private partnership for the development of a new city hall and police headquarters on City-owned property using a Design-Build-Finance (DBF) delivery model and adjoining mixed-use development, with a total development cost in excess of $200 million. The representation includes the negotiation of a comprehensive P3 agreement and counsel with respect to procurement, zoning, and environmental issues.
