Represented RUDG, LLC in connection with an 18-acre, approximately $250 million mixed-use affordable housing development on city-owned land in Tampa, Florida that includes affordable housing, workforce housing, and commercial space. Advised client throughout the RFP process, including bid preparation and submittal, the successful defense of a bid protest filed by the second-ranked proposer, and the negotiation of a 99-year ground lease and related development agreements.
