Representation of developer BAC Funding Corp in connection with the redevelopment of approximately 5 acres of land owned by Miami-Dade County adjacent to the MLK Metrorail Station to include workforce apartment units, for-sale affordable town-homes, office and retail space, and a community plaza. Successfully negotiated a long-term lease and development agreement and conveyance documents and navigated applicable procurement and other regulatory issues, including applicable U.S. HUD regulations.
