Representation of the estate of a deceased individual in connection with a motion filed by Piper Aircraft, Inc. seeking to enforce a channeling injunction and to enjoin prosecution by the estate for a wrongful death lawsuit arising from the crash of a Piper aircraft. Successfully handled briefing and argument in opposition to the motion filed by the company with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, in addition to successfully handling appeal to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
