Representation of a manufacturer of aircraft passenger cabin interior products for the commercial and business jet aircraft markets in its acquisition of a distributor of aerospace fasteners for $200 million.

Representation of a global supplier of aircraft, engines, used serviceable material and maintenance, repair and overhaul services in its acquisition of a maintenance, repair and overhaul services provider for military engines and accessories on mature platforms for $127 million.
