H.T. Smith was the first African American Public Defender in Miami-Dade, the first American Assistant County Attorney, and owned the first black-owned law firm in Downtown Miami.  Jennifer and H.T Smith also discussed how to ensure an inclusive workplace, how to make an impact on the community during challenging times, and why it's so important to support Legal Services of Greater Miami.
